The number one injury in dis golf is the over use injury. The worst thing about disgolf is you can play every day. We are prone to over use cinturies. Many people in the sport, a specialn amateur level, don't train their bodies. Even if they're not actively playing right now, or i'm sitting at work. They're not doing act of recovery. So that's something that we've really been changing.
