Some companies would have in parentheses beside the person's name, like, if they were a contractor or something separate. "You don't want to have them feeling like second-class citizens," he says of contractors. If you're using project management software like Jira or Trello, even if you're in the office, you're using that collaboration software and it's leveling the playing field, right?
