There is an optimal time to check certain metrics. If you weigh yourself every hour, that's not going to help you achieve your fitness. I was looking at some new stuff just to figure out what we're going to talk about to day. And i feel like the news buckets in to different camps. You know, there's some new stories that might tell you what's happening in the world, but there's other new stories that just tell you about one thing that happened in one town. But it's absolutely not. It's just an anecdote that the news happened to pick up because it's salacious, isn't it?
