The Doctrine of the Church

The church is hugely significant. It's the boat that we are meant to be preserved through the flood. Christ is ultimately the preserves from God's judgment, but his body in this world is the church. Jesus has specifically devised the local church to help us do that. The great pursuit of wave is coming. But what is standing there? Just like Jesus said in Matthew 16: "You know, the church is standing there"
