We live in extremely stressful times. A lot of the self, the lot of th stress that we experience is self generated. So when you're able to disconnect from all that noise and static and re connect to what it is that brings you joyand and comfort and relaxation, it primes your body absolutely trand. It's not surprising if you really sit down and think about it, but as a human being living the experience, it was like, oh, my conscious mind actually can affect the subconscious pastes. I just need to learn how to do that.
