The Importance of a Veracity Tool in Chatbots
The second question I had is about the veracity point. Now as I understand it is not clear to me that the AI system understands because as you're pointing out in a certain sense it doesn't understand anything but it's supposed to generate things without truthful. But would it be possible to add a tool in which the text it has produced is then checked against other sources? Is this something that because it doesn't have that form of internal understanding it is incapable of doing or is that something that in principle could be designed broadly along the lines of current tools and that could then help to solve those problems.
