If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? When i am not looking at the moon, does it still exist? There is a phenomenon called a water spout. Let me put that on the screen if there is an image of that available. It's essentially a tornado. If you see a tornado operating on ground, when you will see that it sucks things up.
