CHAPTER

The Inefficient Mathematics of Quantum Mechanics

Quantum mechanics is inefficient because it uses inefficient mathematics to describe what's going on. We assume that space is given in most parts of physics, but this embedding is not computable. So imagine that you would look at the relationship between a nucleus of an atom and an electron that is entangled with this nucleus. What is the position of this electron relative to the nucleus? And if there is a space, then you should be able to triangulate this position. But what if there is no space? It means that assigning coordinates to it is something that the universe itself never did.
