When you're dealing with these oral small molecule inhibitor drugs, you want to look for patterns. The side effect profile for a lot of these drugs is pretty similar. fatigue, GI side effects, GI upset, and skin and nail changes are probably the most common. Rarely, some of these drugs can also cause enuminitis. There can be a pneumonitis that can happen with EGFR drugs in particular.
