How Do You Make Sure That Quality Is Up to Par?

We don't place an order without personally having someone on our team visit the facility, speak with their management and understand they're working. And then in terms of working conditions, it's an open book. They share everything and anything we ask because of the relationship. So there's no benefit to anyone if they don't try to do what they can to fix it.
