Alec's Testimony on the Double Homicide

Lead investigator David Owen was present during all three interviews that Alec had with sled and he took the stand on Wednesday, February 15. The video from Alex third interview conducted on August 11th was then played for the jury. During cross examination, a big window open for the defense to get into some of their main arguments. Those arguments being that Alec was cooperative that sled watched the investigation, and that Alec was unfairly zeroed in on from the beginning.
