Rent Ready

i use a system called rent ready. It's a soft ware that allows the tenants to submit mantenance requests. And so bas ou just make sure they set that up in the first month and then youd never have to ask for rent ever again, which i think is amazing. As for not getting too friendly with your tenants, like, that's a really easy thing to slide into, especially if youe, if you are very friendly. What i would do is, like, you know, i would be civil and cordial with them in the house, but i would never really ask them to let hang out, go somewhere to hang out. Like, i would never ask
