The Power of AI in the Workplace

OpenAI has released chat GPT, which is a chat bot that basically answers questions in a very thoughtful, human, intelligent way. We have effectively built something that also leverages the same science, which is the use of natural language processing. It's same AI product, but completely different application and IP. Every single person who goes through it gets this profile that helps them understand their strengths and weaknesses and gives them coaching. And that for me is the incredible power that AI can bring.
