The Importance of Moral Responsibility in Manipulation

A lot of people have this intuitive response that something's gone wrong with respect to your agency when you're manipulated. It seems possible that you could have lots of options and fail to be morally responsible for one reason or another. Maybe manipulation is such a case. So I think at first pass, that's what I would want to say about manipulation arguments. They're touching on some other aspect of agency but not the one that I'm especially focused on.
