Do We Need Global Leadership on Climate Change?

I fear if some of the emphasis is on individual countries and cities, then this could widen inequality. So, do we need some sort of global leadership? Would you like global leaders to do in this space? I mean, it's undoubtedly true that the parts of the world that will be impacted and already are and will be impacted most by these climate events are the developing economies. And those countries typically have the weakest resources, the least resource to actually deal with it.
