Happiness levels are shaped by social groups. When one of us is happy, we can all feel a whole lot happier. For the next few minutes put aside expectations and gently follow our instructions. Bring an image of yourself to mind. Focus on feelings of peace, love and tranquility. Repeat these words out loud or in your head. May you find your version of joy.
