Sometimes we are sitting often i give children a piece of fruit to eat or they have a drink water because then it's not the focus yeah. So sometimes i look busy because then actually they're more likely to have a conversation and sometimes they like to walk walk and talk walk and talk is great from all our point of view. These random conversations about whatever is going on in your mind or your world that day that week is really really powerful.
