Hyper Certs and the Future of Crypto Public Goods

I'm just curious where this will start to have the most impact or, or hit its network effect first. I think that we're probably going to see more adoption in areas like open source software and AI safety. There is a pretty straightforward way that they can start using hyper certs to track what product are doing and who's funding what.
