The Atam Toledo Case

Atam toledo was shot by a police officer, but he was not alone in the alley that day. He was accompanied by a 21 year old gang member named reuben roman am and a i don't think it's a coincidence that on a school night, this 13-year-old kid is out with an older kid who was in a gang. I'm clearly that kid was not being raised properly. But to say cops shouldn't pursue somebody on foot says a bizarre reaction to me. And again, i don't know what casting blame, in a way, accomplishes, but it's weird not to just yet.
