The Importance of Pre-Mid and Post-Pre-Pubital Speed Training
When I was at athlete training health and we were a commercial entity, it still turned away anyone that's younger than eight years of age. Just didn't train them because I honestly believe they belong in the playground. So but really stand by that. There are even pre-ders training history and there's just training competency,. But for pre yeah, for me, low structure and a focus on functional movement skills is absolutely key. The next one is mid where you have to be a little bit more conscientious during that period of time. It's actually mistaken a lot of time for the most rapid period of growth in a child - from zero to two.
