New York Pandemic Vaccine Mandates

The New York stopped requiring masks some time ago in the public areas but still posts signs saying masks strongly encouraged. There's still a moral even where requirements have been lifted a strong moral presumption remains that this is somehow the good thing to do the right thing to do I remember you know early on in the pandemic coming into New York as you would drive in there would be these flashing displays on on the highway and sometimes it says whatever buckle up be safe or something.
