How Do You Differentiate Between Being Well Versus Not Well?
i wonder, in your mind, how do you differentiate some of the bigger topics when we think about learner mental health? You know, what does being well versus not well mean to you? What does burn out, an overall kind of mental health? How do you think about these more sweeping terms? Well, i mean, the word wellness is so over used now, i think it might have died. I like well being a little more for reasons i can't articulate. Resiliency is how easily and quickly do we bounce back from difficulty. So when life delivers some blows and we fall down, can we get back?
