The Spaniard is 'incredibly talented and he's been around for a long time' But the fact that he doesn't take himself too seriously plays very well with a lot of people in the business,. I think it does with the fans as well. And that rubs off on Lance, on you, on everybody? Absolutely. He's just come in like a Tasmanian devil. It's a great boost for us as a team. Last year was a very difficult year. And all of these things have helped to lift the team to bring that sort of new energy. And he's a big part of that
