In 2010 government failed to somehow organize volunteers. We did it everything by taking risk on our own. And thanks God nobody was killed. It is a miracle. There was a group of guys but they were killed by car crash not by fire during all this. But if you compare them to the whole number the total number of volunteers it was a miracle that it was so low.
