The Universe Has a Serial Number, Right?

There must be other universes with maybe a different serial number, yes. And it's not just that we have arbitrary bers. When physicists look at these numbers, they think, sometimes the numbers look weird,. Like if you randomly picked these numbers, these would be rare. We have no real reason to understand why some numbers are preferred and others aren't.
