Is There a Topology for Noster to Scale?

Noster's topology is not meant to have like mirrored relays. You don't want all relays to have all the information so you need multiple copies of data. We're trying to figure out if mirroring things should be a service paid service or doing a few things should all be invoice based and then sort of like try to build on top of that as an ostrich type service. I think there is a cost per note right per event at least in my view and that's the way you scale because when spammers are posting they raise the raised the signal versus noise floor in terms of actual bad actor behavior too. we also running free relays but those are important
