When we over identify with these parts of orselves, we we lose the other parts of ourself. We become one with some part of ourselves, and as that part lang, i can't deal with that. This creates a lot of anger, alienation, fear, isolation. Can lead to depression, anxiety, when we're not in accord with ourselve. And then how do we get free? How do we break free of that? Well, really all the practices we've been doing, in some sense, are about that. One of my favorite way is to practice, once i i know that i'm at war with myself and i consent, oh, like yah.
