How to Deal With Work Clicks
Only 11% of respondents said they feel intimidated by clicks at work. 1 in 5, 20% have done something they're really not interested in or didn't want to do just to fit in with that particular group. You need to know that most clicks have a leader who that person is and double your efforts not to be intimidated by them. If you don't join a union, sometimes if you don't rebelled against the click, it's very important for you to weigh how to deal with that click.
