Leaders typically are people that like change, you know. But one of the things i've found hugely helpful in selling a vision to anybody ist remind them at the very beginning what's not going to change. So that's where i typically start. In any organization, you've got to respect the past. Even if you're planing make sweeping changes, you'vegot to respect that past and honor it.
