The Importance of Commercial Value-Based Care in the Marketplace

One of the recommendations as you pointed out was commercial programs that are aligned better with public programs seem to see better results. I just wondered is there an example of that kind of alignment that you guys saw in the literature maybe a program statewide or or national that seemed to capture that alignment really well between the commercial and public space. The rise of MA has been particularly dramatic and also quite recent years and our study looked at a much longer time period so that is one place that I think is more likely commercial programs will go.
