The Progress of Women's Rights in China

I feel like as long as I've had memory, I've always remembered International Women's Day being celebrated in China. Some companies do it where they give female employees half a day off. And sometimes we get like random flowers from another coworker. They just, you know, buy flowers and make sure that we all each has a rose on our desk.
