Plavdiv, the European Capital of Culture

Plavdiv was all spruced up. This is its year. Plabdi has a grand pedestrian walkway right through the centr of it that's always fun. There are things certain areas where you see sort of development money coming in er, which is, i think, making it more tourist friendly.
