Change certainly has been a big part of the facility management and basically anybody who's in the workplace industries. And clearly that change is making us rethink how we do things. What we need to do the most is we need to be much better at the business side of facilities. You can sell things if you're a good business person, if you are a good sales person. It's those business and leadership skills that we need in the industry.
