The Truth About Fashion Nova's Wages
A 56-year-old woman who spoke to the New York Times about working at Fashion Nova, told them all about her experience. According to her, the pay wasn't even based on an hourly wage, but instead, it varied upon just how much she could actually sow. Now obviously when it comes to these wage discrepancies and issues, Fashion Nova did not want to take responsibility for any of it. Instead, after multiple violations had been found at their factories, they released this statement: Any suggestion that Fashion Nova is responsible for underpaying anyone working on our brand is categorically false.
