Mourinho's second spell at Chelsea was largely the same as his first. He inherited an older John Terry and a deep defensive line. The midfield axis of Matich and Fabregas were exactly what Mourinho wanted in that role. And he ostracised Oscar because he wanted a number 10 who would foul people.
