Using Sodium Bi Carbonate as a Supplement?

Sodium bi carbonate did not have a meaningful effect, or a statistically significant effect, on muscular strength. That didn't matter whether whether muscular strength was measured in the rested state or in the fatigue state. A recent paper looked at a pretty creative dosing strategy for sodium by carbonate. If you're doing a lot of really intense work, especially like sprint work, middle distance work, or very high repetition lifting, there is evidence suggesting that sodium by Carbonate could be an ineffective supplement.
