Do Yu Think Other Countries, Namely China, View the United States as Being Unable to Have a Truthful Discussion?

In russia, you know, our relationship is really fraught, to say the least. How does that color our relationships with them on an international stage? It colours them to a great degree, because they have, i think, with regret, kind of correctly identified this as achilles heel of the liberal west.
