Pomodoro is a way of scheduling your work and leisure time. It reminds me of like doing pommadoras, like 25 minutes, five minutes off. But i think there is something about the brain which eventually develops arhythm of things you do. So if every morning you do two hours of work of a particular type, something about thebrain will of re orient so that it expects that to happen. And then it sort of knows,. again, i'm speaking of very broad jumps beause i don't understand the neural science sems of whatever. Dismiss it if you want, based on that.
