Mark Saffric is a profiler for the FBI, trying to penetrate the mind and motivation of killers. He told people in Spokane they might not recognize the man they were looking for as a killer. They want to be able to recognize evil. Thought Saffric says he would look so ordinary that even sex workers would get into his car.
