If someone messest me, i'm not necessaryly going to write them back immediately. If it's any sort of substantive communication from a client, i will actually just set it aside and write them in e mill um rather than replying text. I think your point about steering people to a different communication medium is a a good one. That's something we could all probably do a little bit more.
