The Power of Gratitude

Oftentimes it's about creating a state, right? So sometimes when we're getting pulled into the desire to do something unconsciously, it's from a place of fear or safety or just like mindlessness. Just like in the morning, if you have a gratitude practice, I can create a feeling, not just intellectualization, but a feeling of gratitude in my body. We can train the ability to bring that back and we can live in that state.
