Are You Using Etsy to Generate More Sales?

I think the people who want typewriters go hunting and if they really want it, they will find you. I do send out an email to people after they purchase something, just asking them what they're doing with their typewriter. And then I do also send a 10% off to people that buy something from me. I give them 10% off their next order. Do you do that manually or do you use an automated system? Etsy does that for us. Okay. So tip.
