The Village Idiot

In the 80s in her 20s, Trudy used to go to this bar on the Lower East Side called The Village Idiot. She would get drunk and act like a village idiot. But I met this guy who stood out because he was on top of the bar,. Stripping to that strip song, you know. Duh-duh-duh. So I started to talk to him. He was handsome but lacking any motivation or it was a point in my life when I had very low self-esteem.
