There's gray and then there are some lines that I think you have to be there to know where those lines are yeah of course it requires discernment. One example is clearly no idolatry although idolatry is an expansive concept so it's sometimes hard to figure out if me doing this committing a form of idolatry but I think this is where this finally lands with speech ethics how we speak as Christians. We should speak with love joy peace patience kind is goodness faithfulness gentleness and self control that's how the Bible calls us to speak.
