Are Human Beings a Demonstration of Infinite Dignity?

Don't human beings have a an innate constitutional dignity that is not measurable by economic output? And is there a mis match between that, you might say, infinite dignity, and the relentlessa mechanisms of the market place that move towards economic value alone? Well, i think the american experiment is a wonderful example where tht dignity is respected and is built into our constitution. You see now china being basically sucked in to more providing more and more freedom, because it's the only way they're going to solve their problem of poverty.
