How to Start a Web Business?

You need something to sell, and if you don't sell it, you have no business. Even the accounting stuff, not so important in the beginning. None of that other stuff matters at all. If you're making a profit, you can pay some one to do your taxes. And yet, what i find is so, so, so many people, i don't know why they do it. I it's an excuse to avoid really starting a business,. or they're just confused.
