Oligarch is someone who combines wealth and power, for whom they're not just wealthy. They are people whose wealth has such a gravit gravitational effect that it bends the fabric of society in the economy around it in their favour. He joins fellow journalist and broadcaster Manveen Rana to talk about the book and how international finance plays into the current situation in Ukraine.
