Getting Yourself Permission to Change
A lot of it has to do with hat that context, like i talked about, and also sort of just giving yourself permission to change. Ouknow, by going into therapy, it's very much like tracking something, you know, if you're to to keep a journal and track a certain behaviour of yours. You may not want to make them feel like you're weak, for instance. Or you may be embarrassed by feeling a certain thing. So that might be something that actually really surprises you, if you are willing to give it a shot.
