The Nature of Mindfulness

The body is composed of different elements which are always changing. We begin to see that the mind or consciousness is arising with every new object. When we are not mindful, when perception overshadows mindfulness, we take all of those mental qualities to be me and my anger,. I feel depressed, I feel elated. That's the wrong view coming out of perception.
