The Culture of Netscape
Netscape always had a very high passion very open confrontational but passionate culture about it. I would characterize Microsoft as being more of a bully in culture and I would characterize Yahoo as everybody's nice but not everybody's effective kind of a culture. Google is sort of a monoculture of introverted nerds and so you get a lot of non-confrontational behavior. Startups have been at our much closer to what I think we had at Netscape.
